EESG Policies
Goods:
Online, mail and telephone order “You” (the customer) have the right to cancel the order for a limited time even if the goods/products purchased are not faulty. As long as “We” (East of England Shooting Ground) are notified in writing within 14 days of the purchase date of your intention to return goods.
All goods must be returned in original packaging as sold within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
Anyone wanting to return goods thereafter will be at the discretion of the club.
“We” (East of England Shooting Ground) will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Competitions:
“We” (East of England Shooting Ground) will offer a full refund if cancellation is requested no less than 48 hours prior to the lesson date / time.
Thereafter, no refund will be offered.
Lessons:
“We” (East of England Shooting Ground) will offer a full refund within 48hrs before the commencement date/time of the booked lessons. Beginner, development, coaching and advanced lessons inclusive.
Thereafter, no refund will be offered.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of order.
All gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be exchanged for shooting, lessons or goods available at EESG.
No cash alternative will be offered.
Corporate Events:
Corporate events can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the commencement date/time of the event. A full refund will be offered.
Cancellation charges thereafter will apply as follows:
7-10 days before commencement, 50% of overall booking charge.
6-2 days before commencement, 75% of overall booking charge.
Within 48hrs (non-refundable) full payment will be required.
Replacements and repairs:
Not applicable for our industry
Proof of purchase:
Proof of purchase will always be required for any purchase that would need refunding/replacing. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement and/or original packaging.
Item(s) will only be exchanged or refunded to the original buyer.
